SheetFormulaFixer processes the formula text, task description, error message, and optional sample data you submit to produce a formula answer.

Data we collect

• • Formula content, task descriptions, error messages, and optional sample data you submit.
• • Basic browser analytics, page paths, referrers, UTM parameters, and tool events such as submit, complete, error, and copy.
• • Contact messages if you email support.

Do not submit secrets, private customer data, passwords, regulated personal data, or sensitive spreadsheet records.

How data is used

Submissions are used to generate formula help, debug errors, detect abuse, improve product quality, and understand aggregate usage.

Third-party services

The site runs on Cloudflare. Formula requests may be sent to an OpenAI-compatible AI model provider configured on the server. Analytics events may be sent to the same FormSuite tracking endpoint used by formsuite.dev.

Retention and deletion

We keep operational and analytics records only as long as needed for product quality, abuse prevention, and support. To request deletion of support messages or identifiable records you provided, email us from the same address you used to contact support.
